We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the conditions below.
Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of purchase, provided that it:
- Is unused and unopened.
- Is in its original condition.
- Includes all original packaging and contents.
Important Information
- Returns are not automatically eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind.
- If the item is not faulty and as described, there is no legal obligation to accept a return.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened, used or damaged.
- Items with missing packaging or components.
- Software, games and videos, which are non-returnable once purchased.
- Special or custom orders made specifically for you.
- Products unsuitable for resale due to hygiene reasons, such as earbuds or in-ear accessories.
Refunds & Credit Notes
TECHHELP reserves the right to refuse refunds or credit notes where:
- The item is inspected and found not to be faulty.
- You purchased the item knowing it was unsuitable for your needs.
- The product has been damaged after purchase.
