Click on "Book A Repair" at the top of the page and enter the details required when prompted. Once the system processes your repair request, you will receive a text message on the mobile number you entered with your booking number.
Drop your device to our store . Ensure that your device is physically cleaned and sanitised before dropping down to our store. Leave all accessories such as cases and cables at home. Staff have a right to refuse service if the device is in an unsuitable condition.
When your device is ready for you, we will contact you by phone or send a confirmation via text. After you receive confirmation, you are able to collect your device. Our staff appreciates any contactless payments where possible.
