HOW WE CAN HELP YOU DURING THE COVID-19 LOCKDOWN
Click on "Book A Repair" at the top of the page and enter the details required when prompted. Once the system processes your repair request, you will receive a text message on the mobile number you entered with your scheduled time and booking number.
Drop your device to our store at your scheduled time. Ensure that your device is physically cleaned and sanitised before dropping down to our store. Leave all accessories such as cases and cables at home. Staff have a right to refuse service if the device is in an unsuitable condition.
When your device is ready for you, we will contact you by phone or send a confirmation via text. After you receive confirmation, you can come to the store to pay and collect your device. Our staff appreciates any contactless payments where possible.
