Price Match Policy

Our Price Match is offered at our discretion and is subject to the following conditions:

1. The competing quotation must relate to the same or similar level of brand and the same quality part.
2. The competing service must include a similar  warranty period than the warranty offered by us.
3. The competing business must offer a similar  turnaround time.
4. The competing business must be a legitimate business registered and physically operating in Ireland.
5. The quoted price must include all applicable Irish taxes, VAT, charges and fees. Quotes that exclude Irish VAT, taxes,  will not be considered equivalent.
6. A current written quotation must be provided as evidence. The quotation must clearly show:
   • the business name and contact details;
   • relevant business and tax/VAT details ;
   • the device or product concerned;
   • the repair or service being offered;
   • the brand and quality of the part being supplied;
   • the warranty offered;
   • the expected turnaround time; and
   • the total price including all applicable taxes and charges.
7. The quotation must be genuine, current and capable of being independently verified by us.
8. Price matching applies only to genuinely comparable products and services. We may decline a request where the competing quotation does not provide sufficient information to establish a fair like-for-like comparison.
9. Our Price Match is a discretionary customer benefit and not an automatic entitlement. We reserve the right to approve or refuse any Price Match request.
10. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the Price Match offer at any time without any further notice or information.
