Free Store Pickup
Customers can choose to collect their order free of charge from our store. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Ireland Deliveries
We deliver across Ireland using An Post. All orders include tracking so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
EU & International Deliveries
For deliveries within the EU and worldwide, we use trusted courier services such as DHL and An Post, depending on the destination. Tracking is included where available.
Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Important Delivery Information
All customers are requested to sign accordingly for their delivery upon receipt.
Please check your package carefully before signing. If your package appears damaged:
- Sign for the parcel as “received damaged”
- Take clear photos as proof
- Notify the delivery driver at the time of receipt
